Our products are fully guaranteed and if you are not satisfied with our toys simply return them and a replacement or full refund will be given. However in practice buying over the web is no riskier than buying by mail order. If you feel safe buying over the phone or by mail you should feel equally safe buying over the web. If anything does go wrong the seller takes the risk, not the buyer so you should feel very safe. We use iTansact for our online payment processing, they are one of the leading providers of Internet payment. If you prefer you can fill out the order form, print it off and send it to the company address with a check or postal order. Delivery We aim to dispatch your order as soon as your payment is authenticated (same or next day). Delivery takes 2 - 4 days. We will advise you if there are any delivery delays. Delivery charges are detailed on each page and the order page. Cancellation, Complaint and Refund Policy We will endeavor to respond to complaints received within five working days and at that time we will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. Claims for damage in transit must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be given, but returned items must be packaged so as not to incur damage during transit and be sent by recorded delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days without giving a reason. The seven working days commence the day after goods are received. However, in addition to these provisions, a refund will be given if an item is found to be unsuitable for any reason and returned in original condition by recorded delivery within 14 days, apart from damaged in transit as specified in the paragraph immediately above. Returned items must be packaged so as not to incur damage during transit. Returned postage costs will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Refunds will only be made to the original charged credit/charge card account (in the case of credit/charge card Payment) or by check payable to the original payee. Privacy Policy Any information given at the time of ordering to KikaFlik Inc. will be retained only for the purposes of transactions between you and us. Under no circumstances will they be released to other organizations. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All transactions via this website, are conducted through 'iTransact's' secure environment. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
